Group Fitness Schedules

Classes include Zumba, Yoga, Strength & Conditioning, Family-Friendly, Older Adult Classes and much more. Classes will be visible on MoveLearnPlay one week before they take place so sign up as soon as you can and join us from the comfort of your own home!

Drop-in instructor-led group fitness programs are included in all Facility Plus and All Facility memberships.

Can't make it out to an in-person class? Virtual fitness classes are available from the comfort of your home.

Choreographed Classes

Classes designed to move your body to the sound of the beat. Includes Step, Zumba, Bolly and Strong Nation.

Cycle Classes

Increase cardiovacular fitness and burn through calories on the bike while the instructor takes you on an epic journey.

Family Friendly Classes

Classes designed for adults and children (8+) to get fit together and have fun. Classes are also open to individual participants.

Mind/Body Classes

Classes designed to blend physical practice and mindfulness. Includes Yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi and more!

Older Adult Classes

Classes designed for mature bodies or those new to fitness who prefer a range of low-impact exercises.

Pre/Post-Natal Friendly Classes

Classes designed for women during and after their pregnancy to safely build strength and endurance. Participants can attend class with their child(ren) in a stroller. For safety, children must remain in their strollers for the duration of class.

Strength & Conditioning Classes

Classes designed to improve your muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance. Includes Total Body Blast, Tabata + Strength, Boot Camp, Total Body Strength and more!
