Then take your workout to your mat and enjoy a gentle Flow-style Yoga practice. Gain comfort and confidence with flow style yoga offered at a slower pace. While connecting breath to movement, we flow from pose to pose to build flexibility, strength & balance, at times pausing to investigate poses & bring awareness to the specifics of alignment.
