Cardio Blast + Core

Challenge your cardiovascular system through a variety of cardio based exercises to elevate your heart rate while increasing your endurance. Cardio Blast may include hi-low impact aerobics, step, athletic moves, cardio kickboxing & more. May contain some choreography and/or drills. Classes with the core component will end with core-targeted exercises designed to improve strength, stability and posture.
