LIFT

With a strong emphasis on proper form, this foundational class will focus on basic barbell lifts to challenge you as you build strength. Each class will spotlight a variation of a main lift with a barbell (Deadlift, Squat, Hip Thrusts, Bench Press, Bent Over Row or Overhead Press) as well as include additional exercises to improve strength, stability and mobility to supplement this lift. This class will leave you feeling upLIFTed. No weightlifting experience necessary.
