Aquafit Schedule

Get fit! Aquafit is a fun and energetic aerobic exercise class that uses the water for resistance. Low to zero impact makes it easy on bones and joints. A mild to moderate one-hour class set to music and taught by certified instructors. Work at your own pace, no swimming skills required.

Aquamat Fit Introduction

Beginners are encouraged to start with this introductory session to build the foundations of movement on calm water. Once comfortable, participants are encouraged to attend Aquamat fit!

Aquamat Fit

Enhance your balance, core strength, flexibility and cardiovascular capcity while completing movements on an aqua mat. This instructor-led class incorporates yoga, strength training, pilates, cross-training, and stretching.

Deep Water Aquafit

An aqua belt suspends you so that your whole body gets a total workout. Good for those with joint or injury concerns. Must be able to swim 25 metres in deep water comfortably.

Shallow Water Aquafit
