Everyone should be able to access and benefit from City recreational and cultural sites, services and resources in a safe, enjoyable and respectful manner.
Please read the Community Recreation and Culture Branch’s Recreation Safety Guidelines as well as the Respect for People & Property Guidelines to better understand expectations around safety and the role we all play to ensure our spaces are welcome to everyone. In the event these guidelines are not followed, you may have measures put in place that will limit or ban your interactions with employees and/or access to sites and services.

All abilities, all action! Come play today! All skill levels and abilities are welcome!
Come and engage in scrimmage games of wheelchair basketball and rugby. The program will be facilitated by a knowledgeable representative from Wheelchair Sports Alberta, who will be available to provide guidance and support.
A variety of sport wheelchairs in different sizes will be provided on-site, ensuring that everyone can participate comfortably and safely. You are welcome to bring your own sport wheelchair if you prefer.
Please note that a wristband will be required for entry.
