Flow and Bloom

Join Sound Vibes for their Flow & Bloom yoga class under the new exhibit in the Feature Pyramid. This 60 minute all levels flow style practice will energize the mind-body system as we head into the next few months.

Focusing on rhythmic movements and gentle flows, we will be unlocking stiffness through the hips, spine, and shoulders. We will be lightening our energetic load so we can welcome the new season feeling refreshed, revitalized, and ready to bloom.

This class is accessible for all levels of practitioners as Sarah offers many options and moments for you to turn up the dial of intensity or mellow it out as we honour how we have arrived on our mats. The class is accompanied with a live soundscape by Cody. He holds space for us by weaving together beautiful rhythms and sounds for us to move and breathe to.

Please bring your own mat and water bottle. There will be a few extra mats available to use in case you forget yours. There are two different class times that you can register for: 6:00- 7:00 p.m. or 7:30-8:30 p.m. The Muttart Conservatory will be open from 5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. for everyone to enjoy the other pyramids.
