Paddleboard Yoga strengthens your core, improves balance and tones all muscles while bringing you physical and mental harmony. This course will provide you with 60 minutes of instructor-led yoga and 30 minutes of free stand up paddle. All equipment is provided. Participants must be wearing suitable swimwear and/or form fitting and clean athletic gear. Please note: All participants must have the ability to swim 25 meters continuously and must be comfortable in deep water (depth greater than chest deep).
